How will it benefit me?
First I recommend that you phone or email me to discuss how the therapy will benefit you. At the first session we will discuss your problem in detail to establish exactly how it effects your life, and importantly, to clarify your desired outcome from the therapy.
This will give me the information I need in order to apply the best techniques to help you make the changes you want to make. There may also be a relaxing induction.
At the second session I will begin the process of using the best techniques available to begin to guide you towards your desired way of being.
At subsequent sessions we will discuss the changes as they are being made and recognised by you and continue to evolve ways to build on and develop and create ongoing beneficial changes.
